Our Raw Material sourcing team procures the best quality yarns, fabric etc. We also have our very own trusted suppliers.

Our creative and experienced designers are always searching for the best designers, they Are always in search of best designs.

Then there comes our Third phase which is production, here we catogries the products and shift the production of each category to specific production unit, where all the magic happens and a beautiful and meaningful piece of art comes out as a result.

This step is a surprise inspection carried out by our Production Manager who ensures that the quality of the product is top notch. There are various set of tests conducted randomly to ensure the best quality of product.

After we have our best quality product in hand, the process of finshing and packing starts, the product is throughly cleaned, removing the extra threads cleaned and extra threads are trimmed to the packing section.

In the packing section, the products are individually packed, labelled and then goes through the metal detection process. After that number of pieces are sorted and finally packed perfectly.

Logistics and Delivery is the second most important thing to PIKA Exports after quality, we believe in delivering the products on time, which is the best ethical practice we follow by heart. The order is supplied through various modes of transport.
